Our History

AFWAFF is a Women and Family Empowerment based organization that was founded in 2011 to eradicate social family stratum.  The CEO and Founder, Dr Claire Nkehsera comes from a community where some families fail before they even start because social stratification assigns people to socioeconomic strata based on education, wealth, income, popularity and power. In most of the world's community, the wealthy, popular and educated should only associate with  same stratum. AFWAFF set out to educate the woman and families on eradicating this inequality. AFWAFF believes that if you find an ill in your community, it is your place to work towards treating it. We believe in reaching out to the powers that be, and to those in our communities that can be of assistance to extend a hand of fellowship to the less privileged. Our goal is to build families on a foundation of love that will flow into our communities. We do this by providing platforms like training workshops, seminars and startup funds to young female entrepreneurs and small businesses.
